and great appreciation for all you and the insurance company did for
us during our ordeal last November. Words can't possibly describe
our gratefulness. Last November, our basement backed up with the
foulest smelling water imaginable. We called Roto Rooter and after
about an hour, the guy said they couldn't fix the thing because the
drain had collapsed. We both just sat there in ankle deep disgusting
smelling sludge wondering what we were ever going to do. I mean it
was a depressing mess. Thanksgiving was just a week away and
Christmas was approaching. All we could think of was how were ever
going to get our house back together before our company would
arrive. (We had twenty people over for Thanksgiving and we had a
family from Russia for the Christmas holiday). It sure seemed to be

everything will be fine and then they just took the ball and ran

organized the plumbers, carpet guys and answered all of our
